I just wanted to say a big thank you for last Friday – it was an absolute pleasure to be looked after by you and your lovely team in the manor that you did! Suffice to say, everyone though the food was fantastic, not forgetting to mention the canapes. I know someone who would lobe the receipe for the gravy in one of the dishes. It also showed the party that you don’t have to be a meat eater to eat like a queen!. I had so many positive comments about every aspect of your catering and service and I want to thank you and your team for all your hard work and effort, especially excluding coriander!
