Sushi Classes

Love Sushi – Join our sushi classes and learn to make sushi and sashimi

In this activity we have designed a sushi class to teach the subtle art of making fine sushi. As part of the class you will learn how to cook rice for Sushi; preparation of the ingredients; learn a variety of recipes, and know where to source ingredients. All our classes are hands-on and delegates will actually make their own sushi and sashimi. Our classes are small with just 6 delegates per group and lots of one to one attention. The class lasts approximately 2½ hours.

Light weight clothing is recommended
Sensible covered shoes with a good grip must be worn at all times
