The Aquarium's different Zones each act as a unique setting for an event. Il Bottaccio has a number of different rooms available for conferences, seminars, board meetings, staff training, presentations and interviews. Our excellent and well equipped catering facilities offer breakfasts, buffets, seated lunches and a wide range of refreshments all of which can be served in a private area if required.Technical support and AV equipment can be organised on request to ensure your conference achieves its objectives.
We have witnessed over the last year excellent support for Beckenham Place, and we would thank all of you who have held events with us for doing so. We will continue to develop the facilites ensuring that future guests continue to enjoy themselves in the comfort that Beckenham Place delivers. During the last year we have hosted weddings, parties, meetings, all day conferences, film shooting, and yoga classes. The diversity of Beckenham Place continues to be its strength. As well as being a flexible venue, the extensive grounds offer excellent facilities for outdoor team building activities. The on site golf club gives an excellent opportunity for an afternoon round after a morning meeting and lunch. If you have never played golf, or what to correct some aspect of your game, the on site pro golfer will be happy to give you lessons. The Mansion has formal parking spaces for over 50 cars, and can be accessed by coaches. We are looking forward to hosting yet more Weddings and corporate events.
Chartered Accountants' Hall is a conference and events venue in the heart of the City, known for its elegance and sophistication. We can cater for groups of 6-600; our approach and facilities are based on a commitment to purpose, combining the utmost in flexibility, with attentive service and contemporary style.
Conveniently located just off the A12 between Chelmsford and Brentwood in the village of Margaretting, Furze Hill could be just what you are looking for. The first floor suite, (with disabled access), is beautifully decorated and can accommodate up to 140 guests for a sit down meal and up to 200 guests for a less formal event. The room is self contained, with its own bar and dancefloor.
Sited within the London Zoo's 36 acres of zoological gardens Summer Parties can be the most picturesque in London. Choose from cocktail parties on the terrace, BBQs overlooking animals, team building around the Zoo, receptions in an animal house, fun days on the lawns, or a DJ and disco to dance the night away. The Prince Albert Suite, Raffles Suite and Mappin Pavilion all provide the perfect backdrop for a private party. Advice can be given on florists and entertainment, making the most of your day in our beautiful grounds and meeting some of our special animals.
Trinity House, headquarters for the lighthouse service, was built in 1796. It has a unique and elegant suite of rooms in a tranquil city location overlooking Trinity Square and the Tower of London. Trinity House has five rooms in a versatile town house environment. Shipwrights' models, Royal paintings, a fine painted ceiling and unique carpet along with the ships bell from the Royal Yacht Britannia assure a very special maritime atmosphere. The flexibility of the surroundings make Trinity House suitable for a variety of events, including civil weddings, luncheons, dinner parties, board meetings, training courses and cocktail receptions, and all the while accommodating up to 120 guests in elegant comfort.

The Banqueting Hall is an impressive room in which to hold a lunch or dinner from twenty to one hundred and fifty guests or a reception for up to two hundred and fifty. Flexibility permits seating for various forms of presentations, seminars, etc. up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty. The windows, ceiling and panelling record in heraldic imagery the association of some eminent men with both the Company and the City of London. Its fine stained glass windows record its connections with the Monarchy and those members of the Company who throughout the ages have become Lord Mayor of London. Wooden panels bears the current and past Masters' Coats of Arms. The ceiling is adorned with five chandeliers, the centre one of which is crafted from Waterford Glass. This was presented by Sir Charles Price (Lord Mayor in 1803) and transferred from the Company's previous Hall in Fenchurch Street in 1917.
Built in 1898, financed by the wealthy pnilanthropist Passmore Edwards, Mary Ward House is a fascinating Grade 1 listed building. Novelist and social reformer Mary Ward was herself the inspiration behind the endeavour to make provision for training, care and entertainment for the those considered to be the less fortunate in the day's society. Each finely proportioned room has its own unique character and ambience, from the distinctive library to the extensive Mary Ward Hall. All of our rooms have natural daylight. There is also a large outdoor courtyard and garden which provides a tranquil haven in Central London.
